Marlon R. Moore, PhD
Dr. Moore is the Founder and Executive Director of One Step At A Time Education and Professional Training, bringing years of corporate experience to his role. He earned a Master of Arts degree in Psychology, specializing in Diversity Management, and a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership.
Marlon offers a diverse array of professional and speaking experiences to the community. He has trained thousands of business professionals and collaborated with community organizations across New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Ohio. His expertise spans topics such as Financial Education, Diversity Management, Transformational Leadership, and Conflict Resolution.
Committed to community service, Marlon serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations in Ohio. He has authored books on Diversity in English and Spanish, serves as an adjunct professor, and currently has an industry-changing patent pending.
